Betting rules every creator needs to know
theTerraces is owned by DragonBet, so some of your pages will carry DragonBet links. These are the rules that come with them, in plain English.

Any piece carrying a DragonBet link counts as DragonBet's advertising, so the gambling advertising rules apply to it. DragonBet is also responsible for the creators it works with. The rules below protect you as much as anyone.
Before any link appears on your page
- You're 18 or over and pass an identity check.
- You share your audience's age data. The ASA's guidance treats media where more than a quarter of the audience is under 18 as off limits for gambling ads, so we check before links switch on, and again from time to time.
In anything carrying a DragonBet link
- Nothing likely to appeal strongly to under-18s.
- No one who is, or looks, under 25 shown betting or playing a significant role.
- Never suggest betting fixes money worries, replaces a job, impresses people or makes anyone tougher or more attractive.
- Links are labelled "Ad" with the 18+ and safer gambling line beside them. That's built in, so you can't forget it.
- Only mention offers DragonBet has approved, with the terms they give you.
On your own channels
Your posts link to your theTerraces page, never straight to DragonBet, and don't promote betting offers. That keeps your channels as ordinary football content and the advertising rules on our site, where they're handled for you.
If something goes wrong
DragonBet can switch off the links on any creator's pages straight away if the rules are broken. Your pages stay up and money you've already earned is still paid. Ask us if you're ever unsure about a piece. It's always quicker than fixing it afterwards.
